32. Are you avoiding it or are you actually needing rest?

Hey guys!

On this week’s episode I chat to you about the lesson I re-learnt this morning (Thursday morning). I wanted to just curl up in a ball and lye on the floor (seriously!) But then I reached out to a coach and she said to me, are you trying to avoid or numb yourself, or do you actually need to chill out?

I was like WOAH! BYEEEE EGO! No longer are you going to try and stop me from moving forward in life.
Sorry, not sorry.
